Contact Management

Document Management

Documents can be stored in the CRM database as large binary objects against a particular contact record, service query or sales opportunity; accessible even when away from the office.

Email Marketing

Mailmerges from the CRM system can be sent straight to the ProspectSoft Email Marketing client for fast reliable delivery; and any clicks, conversions or purchases written back to the contact record.

Marketing Functionality

Marketing campaigns can be created and co-ordinated, providing a transparent view of return on investment based on any orders generated.

Sales Functionality

Multiple sales opportunities can be logged and tracked against a contact, and progressed through multiple steps towards closure. Quotations can then be generated, and confirmed directly into the accounting system.

Customer Service

Customer issues and problems can be logged against the relevant contact, and passed or escalated to the relevant staff for resolution. A searchable databank of previously resolved issues can then be created.

Accounts Integration

Two way integration allows new ledgers to be created, and previous invoices to be viewed where available. Integration puts a customer's sales history, as well as product and pricing information at your fingertips.

Project Management

Projects and events can be managed, with tasks assigned to individual contacts. For events, information such as profitability, dietary requirements and outcomes can all be recorded.

Mobile Working

A unique system of replication makes available information - including documents and sales history - to staff out on the road without requiring an internet connection.

Business Reporting

ProspectSoft CRM comes with a wide range of reports, allowing you to track your progress against an almost infinite range of criteria. If that isn't enough, custom reports can be generated to report on any information held in the database for bespoke requirements.
