ProspectSoft CRM supports the entire sales process - from planning and creating to-do lists, following up leads accurately and easily, to sharing information between any member of the sales team resulting in mobility, visibility and improved performance.

Sales Lead Tracking
ProspectSoft CRM allows you to track and manage individual sales opportunities across multiple contacts. When leads are logged, user-defined customer details can be recorded; such as product or service type, new or repeat business, value, time scale or source, and all interactions with the prospect are recorded on a central notepad.
If appropriate, leads can be traced back to the marketing activity from which they were generated, and problems can be logged against the lead that may prevent it from progressing.
Leads can be progressed through any number of user-defined steps before closure, and recalls can be set for individual users who are working on the opportunity.

Telesales
For organizations that conduct business over the telephone, having a system flexible enough to support a high volume of orders completely accurately in the minimum amount of time is critical.
ProspectSoft CRM can be customised to make taking repeat orders fast and simple. Using Repeat Order Entry, a telesales operator will be presented with a pop-up of the customer's last four orders (if available). Past orders can be copied with a single click, and when additional products are added the telesales operator can be prompted to up-sell related products.
For time sensitive information on promotions, current promotion information can be set to appear in front of telesales staff when they are on the phone.
Orders are then confirmed directly into the accounting system for invoicing. Customer history can be viewed instantly by both product and price, while quotations can be created and stored if the customer is not ready to purchase.

Quotations and Orders
Quotes and orders can be created from within ProspectSoft CRM and confirmed directly into the accounting system, without any direct involvement in the accounting system. A quote document can be sent directly to a printer or Microsoft Outlook in order to send it to the customer for approval, and a copy of the document stored against the quote.

eCommerce
All the sales functionality above can be entended to your website, either in a full e-commerce site or in a secure customer site accessed through an online portal. Customers can save multiple baskets (saved as quotes in the CRM system), confirm orders and view order status, allowing you to make sales 24/7.
