Project Management Overview

- Creating Projects - when creating a project in the CRM system you can quickly and easily enter the core project information, such as the project name, key contacts and project type. This only takes a few seconds and once it has been created it is available for everyone in the business to see.
- Tracking Projects - Once a project has been created ProspectSoft CRM then allows you to track it through any number of user defined stages (or statuses), allowing everyone in the business to quickly and easily see the current status of the project. These statuses can also be linked to billing in your accounting system, ensuring all of your projects are invoiced on time and followed up correctly.
- Document Management - ProspectSoft's document management allows you to store all of your documents in one central place allowing everyone in the business to access them. The system also allows you to create standard document templates ensuring your project documentation all has the same look and feel and meets the same standards.
- Sharing Critical Project Information - ProspectSoft CRM allows you to quickly and easily share all relevant information throughout your organization. Everything from documentation, to-do's and timescales are stored in one location, meaning everyone has access to it whether they are in the office, working from home or out on the road.
- Reporting and Analysis - A core part of ProspectSoft Project Management functionality is reporting and analysis; from basic searching and reporting on project activities (such as how many projects were started last month), to more complex reporting such as project cost and slippages.
- Time Tracking - Time tracking allows you to track the amount of time spent on projects, and individual tasks within a project. This allows you to then compare this to the time originally budgeted for the project and track profitability.
- Accounts Integration - Integrating ProspectSoft to your accounting package provides several further benefits, including allowing automated billing and the ability for all CRM users to view the sales history of a customer and/or project, as well as drilling into relevant invoices where available.
