ProspectSoft CRM is available to your sales staff away from the office, using a unique system of replication. Changes to the database are monitored and updated as and when there is an internet or FTP connection, working unobtrusively in the background to provide users on the road with the latest customer and prospect information.
Field, Home and Remote Office Workers
ProspectSoft Mobility provides staff working in the field or working from home with full access to the ProspectSoft database, with or without an internet connection. Using replication means that the user's copy of ProspectSoft quietly and unobtrusively updates in the background, as and when there is a connection.
Orders can still be confirmed within the user's ProspectSoft CRM when offline, then automatically confirmed into the accounts system when there is a connection.
Website Integration
Any aspect of the ProspectSoft CRM can be extended to your website, providing customers, partners or suppliers with remote access to secure information.
For example, customers may log in through a secure customer portal to log problems or track order status, while a partner can log in to download approved sales documents and log sales opportunities.
