ProspectSoft CRM allows you to conduct, manage and analyse the performance of all your marketing activity in a fast, easy to digest format. Quickly see which marketing activities are generating the most leads and earning you the most revenue, and which are not performing.

Campaign Management
ProspectSoft CRM allows you to track all your marketing activities. A ProspectSoft CRM user can then drill into any activity to view further details such as activity spend, number of responses, margin and profit, or view these figures for the campaign as a whole. A user can then drill into the specific leads generated by a campaign.

Contact Targeting
Contacts can be selected for marketing activities based on any criteria stored in your CRM database. The mail merge data can then be exported directly to Microsoft Word, saved as an excel file or sent directly to the ProspectSoft Email Marketing Module.
A record of the mailmerge is then saved automatically against every individual contact in the merge.

Email Marketing
ProspectSoft Email Marketing allows a user to create fully trackable email marketing campaigns, using a mailmerge directly from the CRM system. Every step of the process is then fully trackable, from delivery and open rates to on-site registrations.

Telemarketing & Telesales
The powerful targeting functionality outlined above in the contact targeting section also allows you to quickly and easily create calling lists for telemarketing or telesales teams. The CRM system also integrates to your phone system, automatically opening the contact record when an incoming call is taken, and allowing the user to quickly view details of recent conversations, quotes and orders with the caller. Outgoing calls can also then be made with the click of a button from any contact record in the system where there is a telephone number.

Detailed Marketing Reports
ProspectSoft CRM comes with a range of prepackaged marketing reports, providing you with more detailed marketing analysis across all your campaigns.
Campaigns can be analysed in terms of return on investment, order value generated, contact role response type, and much more. For bespoke requirements, custom reports can be created to provide you with the information you need to create more effective marketing campaigns.

Website Integration
ProspectSoft Web Solutions allows you to seamlessly integrate your online and offline marketing. Many marketing activities can be tracked through to your website, allowing you to see which leads have come from your mailers and eshots. Integration to Google Analytics can then provide a full break down of online traffic sources including search traffic, pay per click, referring sites and direct traffic.
