Terms and Conditions
- Offer is only valid for new Email Marketing sales only.
- New and Existing ProspectSoft customers may qualify so long as the customer is purchasing a full ProspectSoft email marketing solution. Both new and existing customers must purchase (or already have) the necessary ProspectSoft modules and user licenses to support the Email Marketing Solution - either via the Easy Email Marketing package or via a Professional or Easy CRM system.
- All orders must be placed before 5PM 23rd December 2011.
- Any software, service and ALF's purchased (including those in the Easy Email Marketing bundle) will be invoiced on or before 23rd December. The account setup day must be scheduled and completed on or before 31st January 2012.
- Monthly hosting fees will start from 1st April (or 1st March if the setup day is in November, 1st February for setup days in October).
- All invoices are to be paid to standard terms as detailed in the standard ProspectSoft Client Terms. The three months free hosting will become due and payable upon late payment.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed, and the account setup cannot be delayed. The contract is for a minimum of one year - i.e. after the first three months, nine further months will be charged in full.
- Payment for all Recurring Monthly fees will be taken via Direct Debit.
- ALF and support fees are not affected by this offer.
- Not to be taken in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
