Email MarketingProspectSoft Email Marketing allows you to create and send personalised email marketing campaigns from within ProspectSoft CRM. You can track every aspect of your email marketing success - from how many emails reached the recipient, to how many people then clicked on a link in that email and performed an action valuable to your business on your website.

End-to-End Email Marketing Tracking

ProspectSoft Email Marketing allows e-shots to be created directly from within the CRM system using email templates and a full WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, selecting contacts via a flexible range of criteria. Email responses can then be tracked, allowing you to see who has opened the e-shot, clicked on any links and responded to the email.

Optionally, website registrations can then be logged as leads within the CRM system and linked back to the original eshot activity. This level of transparency allows you to optimise your email marketing campaigns at every stage.

   

Emails can be edited using a simple WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.

Email Marketing with CRM

ProspectSoft's email marketing is integrated to the core CRM system, which allows fast targeting of contacts by a wide range of criteria, and eshot reporting down to the individual contact level more focused marketing campaigns. This focus is driven through two key areas:

Targeting - users can be targeted based on information stored in the CRM system, so whether it is the sports team they support or sales history information of their business, emails can be targeted to the individual's specific preferences.

Follow up - after an e-shot is sent out, ProspectSoft CRM allows you to follow up with either a secondary email or by quickly creating a calling list. You can even make the follow-up dependent on whether a recipient clicked on the previous email link. All actions that a recipient takes relating to your email such as clicks, pageviews, survey submissions and so on are all logged in the CRM system against the particular contact record.

   

Mailmerges are carried out from within the CRM system, allowing you to select contacts by almost any criteria.

   

Results are written back to the CRM system at contact level, allowing you to see what actions an individual has taken.
