ProspectSoft Document Management lets you manage and share almost any type of document including emails, word files, PDF's and more in a central location, so that everyone in your business can access a file quickly and easily.
Documents can be controlled, version tracked, and if necessary made secure either by password or by selected CRM user groups.
Document Management
Documents, such as customer emails, quotes and proposals, or any form of correspondence can be created from and stored within the system against a contact. Storing documents within the CRM system means that a different user is able to access the same document wherever they are, whenever they need it.
For large mail merges, a single copy of the document can be stored in the system rather than against every individual contact, so as to minimise the size of the database.

Any number of standard document templates can be set up, and grouped under any number of categories. Outlook Integration
ProspectSoft CRM integrates out of the box to Microsoft Outlook, allowing you to store emails within the system against a contact. For outgoing mail, mail merges can be sent directly from Outlook, while individual contacts can be emailed from within the system with a single click.
Online Document Sharing
When combined with ProspectSoft's Web Solutions, documents can be shared online through secure online portals, often proving customers or suppliers with access to important documents. This way, documents are still stored within the CRM system, but access to these documents is not limited to ProspectSoft CRM users, but can be extended to customers, partners or suppliers.
