Reporting & Business ManagementProspectSoft CRM allows you to report on your key performance indicators, department by department. ProspectSoft CRM has hundreds of standard sales, marketing and customer service reports - and on top of these reports our report writer tool allows you to create custom reports on anything you want to measure.

Activity Reporting

ProspectSoft CRM provides various reports to monitor a range of activities, the following are some of the most popular:

  • Sales activity by account manager

Allows you to review at a glance how well your sales team is performing by viewing number of calls made, leads generated, sales volume, and highlight sales opportunities that have changed status within a given timeframe.

  • High spend, no activity customer list

Provides a list of high value customers that your sales team have had no contact with for a given amount of time.

  • Lead priority search

Search for leads by estimated close date, estimated sales value, and the salesman's 'probability' or feeling about how likely the deal is to close

  • Lead status by marketing source

For each of your marketing sources (or marketing type e.g. email marketing), view which have been the most effective - not just in terms of response rate, but right down to bottom line profitability.

  • Problem reports

View time taken to close problems, analyses problems by type and service contract.

   

High value customers with no recent activity, and a breakdown of lead status from advertising.

Business Analysis

ProspectSoft CRM allows you to view the performance of your business as a whole, summarised in easy to digest business summary reports. The business summary report is completely customisable and can be set to report on your key business drivers.

Financial Analysis

Although we recommend that the majority of your core financial reporting remains in your Accounting package, ProspectSoft CRM's accounts integration allows you to report on a huge amount of accounting information; and even make this information available offline for your sales staff out on the road, for example:

  • Viewing outstanding invoices by customer
  • Customers that bought X, but not Y. For products that you are looking to cross-sell/upsell, this report pulls up a list of customers who bought your primary product but not the secondary product.
  • Much, much more.

Sales performance can be viewed and compared on a month by month basis, and analysed by customer and product.

   

Sales performance by customer over a given time period, and a list of invoiced relating to a particular customer, and whether these have been paid or not.

Automated Alerting

Automatic AlertingAutomatic alerting can be set up using the ProspectSoft TaskCentre, allowing you to be informed as soon as a key data event occurs. Employees, suppliers, customers and trading partners can receive real-time notifications via Email or SMS, to provide you with an unlimited amount of customisable alerts needed to make timely and accurate decisions.

Dashboards

Dashboard reports can be configured to give users quick access to the reports most relevant to them.

Website Integration

Using ProspectSoft's Web solutions range of products allows you to integrate your CRM system to your website. This then allows you to report on all your website activity from within the CRM system, for example:

  • User activity - users logged in to the website today / this week / this month
  • e-Commerce reports - number of orders placed, shopping baskets abandoned
