Why Accounts Integration?
Many businesses store a huge amount of information in their accounting system, but this is often not stored in an easily accessible way - and is only accessible to a relatively small number of people. ProspectSoft allows all users to access this information in a user friendly format.
Accounts integration allows a ProspectSoft CRM user to confirm orders directly into the accounts system, without seeing an accounting screen or having any knowledge of accounting processes (and importantly, without needing an accounts system license). Both sales and purchase ledger accounts can be linked to a customer or supplier in the CRM system, allowing a CRM user to view full details of previous transactions and even drill into specific invoices - all from within the CRM system.
When generating quotes and orders, product and pricing information can be taken directly from the accounts system, allowing the user to see current stock levels, location, product groupings and pricing, customer on-stop details and credit rating.
